Utilizing information and photos provided by the organization, LTA's group of professional graphic designers and copywriters will develop a position profile brochure. The approved polished, professional brochure will then be provided to the organization in .pdf format.
QUESTIONNAIRE - An LTA has developed and written an exercise that is customized to the priorities and key areas of interest identified by our clients. LTA will provide the questionnaire to the candidates, evaluate the questionnaires, and coordinate a virtual briefing with our client.
A recorded online interview allows our clients to evaluate the technological competence, demeanor, verbal communication skills, and on-camera presence of the candidate. LTA will provide a list of recommended questions to our clients, assist the candidates to complete the interview, and email a link to the client to view the interview.
LTA uses a progressive reference check system to provide insights on candidates’ soft skills from a well-rounded group of references. LTA will provide a written summary report to our clients once all reference checks are completed. A minimum of ten (10) references must be provided by each candidate, a total of six (6) responses are required to develop a comprehensive written report.
